What information should I send?
When available, share photographs, part number or revision, specifications, manufacturing or operating history, failure description, and previous results. You do not need to have all the information to initiate the inquiry.
How is the scope of the analysis defined?
The scope is determined based on the technical question, the type and condition of the samples, the required information, and the methods that are relevant. The applicable techniques and deliverables are specified in the quote.
Can I send samples?
The conditions for receiving, shipping, or collecting samples are coordinated during the quoting process. Before sending samples, confirm the address, shipping method, packaging, and any handling requirements with IMM Consultores.
How long does a project take?
The time depends on the type of evaluation, sample availability, scope, and workload. The estimated timeframe is confirmed in the quote before starting.
Are the analyses destructive?
Some techniques may require destructive preparation or intervention of the sample. The possible consumption or alteration of samples must be clarified and agreed upon before starting the work.
